How to Make an Ugly Christmas Sweater even Uglier

Some vintage Christmas sweaters are ugly enough just as they are. And then there's others like this teddy bear pullover that can be made even better (more ugly!) by adding dollar store candy canes and pom pom garland. Sew on or use a glue gun. You can even use safety pins!
