Boston Ugly Sweater Party at the Children's Museum

If you find yourself in Beantown this holiday season (and if you're over 21), then grab your funniest ugly Christmas sweater and head over the the Children's Museum. That's right! For one night each year the Children's museum is transformed to an over-21 Snowmazing party! It's an ugly Christmas sweater themed holiday party with dancing, drinks and of course a "Funniest Ugly Sweater Challenge". 

The 2016 party was a massive success and included a sock skating rink where you could show your best dance moves. There was a crafting station where you could make a macaroni wreath. Perfect for creating something special for your office party secret Santa gift!  There was a DJ that kept everyone dancing all night long.  

The event has a cash bar and serves tasty treats to the guests. And guess what? You can even explore the Children's museum while you're there. Like, grab your date and try to build a 'big kid' full sized fort. Does it get any better?  

The Boston Grown-Ups Museum Ugly Sweater Party is a fundraiser for toys for tots, so bring along an unwrapped toy if you'd like to contribute to a great cause.   

The Boston Globe reported that the 2016 party drew a crowd decked in their loudest holiday attire. Here are a few attendees that brought their A-game.
