only for the young hipster crowd. 

Ugly Christmas sweaters are making their way back to peoples closets, replacing those boring conservative holiday outfits of days past.   People of all ages and backgrounds are getting into the growing ugly Christmas sweaters trend. 

Even the moms who vowed never to wear those 80s knits again have jumped on the tacky bandwagon. In December 2011 there was a whole Jeopardy Game Show column in the double jeopardy round devoted to the ugly festive sweaters. My Ugly Christmas Sweater, Inc. was the topic of the $1200 question!
