What methods can I use to pay?
We accept payment via Paypal or Visa/Mastercard
Do you accept returns?
We follow the Costume Industry standard regarding returns, which is 'No Returns or Exchanges'. In the rare case that your item is defective you may return it for a refund. Please contact us with your concerns. The item must be postmarked back to us within 3 days of receipt of the order. If the item is not postmarked within 3 days of receipt we reserve the right to decline the return. A refund for the item purchased will be credited to you when we receive the returned item. Please include a copy of your receipt which was included in your shipment.
Will you apply a coupon code to a purchase I already made (that I made without using a coupon)?
When I went to 'check out' I got a message stating my item was no longer available. What happened?
Most likely, someone else was buying the item at the same time and they paid for it first. The system will only hold the item for you in your cart for a couple minutes. If you do not complete the purchase, then the item becomes available for another customer.
I am trying to add an item to my cart, and I keep getting a message that says "CART ERROR: We only have 1 item(s) of xxxx in stock". Why am i getting this message?

What is the condition of your items?
Many of our items are brand new and in excellent condition. If a sweater is brand new it will state NEW in the product description. We also stock a wide selection vintage or pre-owned items in good used condition. Some items have minor repairs and we try to note these in the product description. Condition is noted on each product page.
Are your products mens or womens sweaters?
Our brand new sweaters state either MENS or WOMENS in the product description.
How will I know if the item will fit me?
For pre-owned vintage sweaters: Please refer to the product sizing information on each product page.
I can not find the item I want in my size. Do you have more?
All of our inventory is listed online for sale. Use the size filters located on the website to search for items in a particular size. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Please reference the SKU number listed on the product page of the item in question.
Do you off bulk order discounts?
Yes we do. We offer wholesale discounts for orders of 10 or more sweaters. Please contact us with your order specifics.
Do you have any "Couples Matching" sweaters?
Many of our sweater collections come in a variety of sizes that would be perfect for "Couple Matching". Search our inventory by 'collection' and you can browse similar items in a variety of sizes.
What are the washing instructions for your items?
