Do you accept returns?

We follow the Costume Industry standard regarding returns, which is 'No Returns or Exchanges'.  However, if your item is defective or not as described you may return it for a refund. Please contact us  with your concerns.  The item must be postmarked back to us within 3 days of receipt of the order. A refund for the item purchased will be credited to you when we receive the returned item.  Please include a copy of your receipt which was included in your shipment.

When I went to  'check out' I got a message stating my item was no longer available. What happened? 

Most likely, someone else was buying the item at the same time and they paid for it first. The system will only hold the item for you in your cart for a couple minutes. If you do not complete the purchase, then the item becomes available for another customer.   

I am trying to add an item to my cart, and I keep getting a message that says "CART ERROR: We only have 1 item(s) of xxxx in stock". Why am i getting this message?

You are getting this message because either:
1) someone else just bought and paid for this item, OR,
2) you added this item to your cart and backed-out of the checkout process via your screens back-arrow before completing the transaction. Now you are trying to add the item to your cart again, and the system thinks that someone is also buying it at the same time. 

Solution: You need to wait 3-5 minutes and try to add the item to your cart again.  If it does not work, then someone else already purchased the item.

What is the condition of your items?

Most all our items re pre-owned and in good used condition. Some items have minor repairs and we try to note these in the product description.  If an item is new it is stated on the product page. 

Are your products mens or womens sweaters?

Our pre-owned items are a variety of mens and womens sizes. Our items are considered 'unisex' in that both men and women wear them for holiday events. Use the chart located on the product page to see the measurements corresponding to our sizing.

How will I know if the item will fit me?

Please refer to the product sizing information on each product page.  

I can not find the item I want in my size. Do you have more?

All of our inventory is listed online for sale. Use the size filters located on the website to search for items in a particular size.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions.  Please reference the SKU number listed on the product page of the item in question.

Do you off bulk order discounts?

Do you have any "Couples Matching" sweaters?

Many of our sweater collections come in a variety of sizes that would be perfect for "Couple Matching".  Search our inventory by 'collection' and you can browse similar items in a variety of sizes. 

What are the washing instructions for your items?
